Bosnian
Alright I just checked and Hotwire is back up.My exact search was Daytona Beach, Fl during the dates of 04/04/11 to 04/09/11 for 1 room and 2 adults. The rooms I am looking at are listed above.I would appreciate anyones help as I am trying to book a hotel this weekend. Also I am 18 so Priceline wouldn't be an option would it? thereuare
Unfortunately neither of these properties have been reported to the board or identified.I do think that PRICELINE would be a bit of a risk given your age... all you need is to land a hotel with a mini-bar in the room (access to alcohol is one of the reasons for a 21 year old minimum age requirement) along with a desk clerk who cares and you'll have a spoiled trip on your hands. Both of the HOTWIRE hotels above have an 18 year and over minimum age requirement and decent reviews and i would choose one of these.Since this a 5 nite stay you could see if either/both of these properties are offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to "look behind the curtain". If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans (or purchase the other property if shown) for the balance of your stay. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Bosnian
Thank you so much for the help. I wouldn't have thought of that idea.Im from Kentucky and the drive to Daytona is about 12 hrs.I decided I would drive halfway then stop at a hotel and drive again, so I realized I might as well just do the 4 extra hours to Miami.I will let you know about the hotel I go with after I look through the list for Miami.
