Priceline Hotel: 4* Ft Lauderdale (Hollywood) Marriott

I had hoped for the Westin Diplomat, where great rates/wins had been reported. I worked $72 through $100 in small increments without any luck (4*). Started again at $110 in larger increments, no win until $135 and then at the Marriott Hollywood Beach. Plenty of rebid zones for this area.

My theory is that superbowl weekend is having some extra weekend traffic for the beach hotels, and this was driving rates up. Just before and just after my dates seemed to be much cheaper. Hotwire rates also showed a spike for this weekend.
