Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Canmore - Banff (Canmore) Residence Inn

Won bid for $83/night for 2 nights on a 2.5* in Canmore. Total cost with $18.03 taxes/fees came out to $184.03. This win followed many failed attempts over nearly 2 weeks to get a resort in the Banff area (each time I only got 1 "free" re-bid by adding Canmore), started bids at $90 and got up to $125/night before giving up and pursuing either a 3 or 2.5* in Canmore. Had a failed bid of $80 for a 2.5* 3 days before successful bid of $83 was accepted (following failed bids of $85 and $90 for a 3* on same day as winning bid). FYI, AAA rates this hotel as a 3 diamond and their rate for the same nights was $161.21/night.
