Dupont Highway Dover, Delaware 19901 302-747-5050Bid $52 the first time on 3 stars in Dover and won Holiday Inn Downtown, a little disappointed that priceline lists this hotel with a freebreakfast, but while digging deeper it appears that you have to get a certain type of room, which we did not get (and had no choice in of course).
