oni Posted February 6, 2005 Author Report Posted February 6, 2005 i think i fgured it out. hotel monaco. they added a B to the amenities and since burnham is all booked out, i think it's monaco. not sure if it's worth the 100. maybe i'll just pay a little more and go for amalfi

thereuare Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 I would say there is a very good chance the W has been downgraded to a 4*.Using this HOTWIRE CHICAGO post where the user won the W City Center (then rated 4.5*) and searching for the same dates now does not show a 4.5* hotel and does show a 4* hotel with the same exact amenties.Certainly not guaranteed, but signs certainly point in that direction.If you select it let us know if this is indeed the situation and please use this HOTWIRE link to begin your purchase.Let us know if we can be of further help.
