Booked a Four Star in Paris and got a single bed

I booked 2 rooms and 2 people on HOTWIRE thinking I was booking two rooms with two people in each room. The Hotwire detail page shows two rooms three nights at a Four Star hotel and I end up with two Single rooms that are only big enough for one person. I should have booked 2 rooms four people and I would have been quoted on a larger room. Is there any recourse I have never stayed at a four star hotel that only had single beds.
