Scoey Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 Depends what you want.I have used the Hotwire 3.5 star twice before ever coming to this board. I live in Arizona. The two times I have used it just to party it worked out great. It used to be $54 but the rates change with the season.First time at that price it was Hotel Indigo (which was sick, very nice, litterally outside the mayhem that is old town party scottsdale, its right out front American Junkie). Worked great for us young people.Second for $54, it stuck me over to Theodore Hotel (which was the old mondrian hotel).Which is still very very very close to at least 10 good bars. Also right in the heart of Old town and walking distance to Indigo. Worked perfect too. Theo is a little more run down, because its a party hotel, but I didn't have a problem staying there, not the slightest.I would not try the 3.0 star hotel if you are looking to party. That will put you way farther out from where the action is at. Too far out. There are only a few 3.5 star hotels, I used to think there was only 1, which was the Theo, but I like the Indigo a lot better, so hope you get that one.
thereuare Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 The amenities of the 3.5* matches both the Hotel Indigo and Hotel Theodore so either of these would be my best guess for this one... although i'd slightly favor this one being the Hotel Indigo. The 3* property has not yet been identified or reported to the board. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
