I'm seeing a 2.5* at Reston-Sterling-Dulles area for 2 adults and 2 children, for 04/18-19. Amenities include: breakfast, fitness center, pool, business center, laundry, high speed internet and golf nearby. Price is $72. Can I assume it's the Hampton Inn Cascades? Anybody has an idea if this sounds like a good price for the Dulles Airport area with Hotwire? We're still 3 1/2 months away, so I'm not sure if I have to wait, but the hotel suits our needs perfect.

This does look like a very good deal for this property, and if it works 'perfectly' for your needs, and your plans are firm, i would lock it in now. While rates could go down... they could also go up, or worse, this offer could disappear entirely and replaced with something which doesn't work as well for your plans. I decided to go for it and it was, in fact, the Hampton Inn Dulles-Cascades. Paid $72 and includes complimentary breakfast and free parking. I'm happy with my choice. I will start looking for other segments of our trip now, DC, Philadelphia, NYC and Boston. Used the HOTWIRE link to make my purchase.
