This property has not yet been reported to the board, but my guess is that this is likely Hooters and that would be my best guess.

What are your needs for this stay? At $59 and a 40% recommended rating from HOTWIRE users, this doesn't seem like the best value among the offerings... why not look at the 3.5* star rating for $4 more at $63/nite and a 90% recommendation by past HOTWIRE guests? (Resort, Casino, Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Golf... i'm guessing a new amenity set for the Tropicana which was recently renovated... but note no pool, not that this will likely be something you miss in mid-Jan in Vegas)
