Priceline Hotel: 3* MTC NY any clue??

Hello there,

I just received an offer for a 3* hotel in Mid Town Central New York, 4 rooms, 6 adults and 9 children, august 16 2011 - august 20 2011, amenities fitness centre, pool, restaurant and high speed internet access. Aas we tarvel with children, we would really love to have a pool available. Any clue which hotel this might be?? Many thanks, Jan, The Netherlands

When searching for 4/6/9 for 8/16-20 on HOTWIRE, I am seeing a 3* in MTC with these amenities for $209 (you may see a slightly different rate). My guess would be the Holiday Inn Midtown.

Expedia has the newer Holiday Inn Express Times Square for $222 non-refundable for these dates. That doesn't offer a pool, but it does offer free breakfast and you could select rooms with 2 beds.

Happy to help! Unfortunately, pools in NYC are fairly rare.

What would be your desired budget per room/per night?

Yep, not too many hotels seem to have a (outside) pool, sounds rather strange in a city where temperatures in the summer can go up and above the high '80's?? We would be looking at a budget between 150 and 200 $ per night, tax included.
