The neighborhood is being renewed, with lower-end chain motels such as Motel 6 and Days Inn going in. Don't let the scary images at Google Maps scare you away.Amenities listed: Breakfast.Breakfast was minimal, but good for a quick morning start: Muffins, cold cereal, coffee, and orange and apple juices.
