LNahid2000 Posted January 2, 2011 Report Posted January 2, 2011 I bid $60 for a 3.5* hotel in the Secaucus - North Bergen zone and was told that I could rebid instantly if I bid $75 so it's likely that I can get the hotel for $75. I haven't rebid yet and want to try and identify the hotel before I bid. I went to this webpage and found that the only 3.5* hotel listed in that zone is the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel. Is this the hotel I will get or could it be something else? Thanks!
thereuare Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 There is no way to identify PRICELINE hotels before purchase as there are no clues provided as to which hotel you may receive.While the Sheraton Suites is certainly a possibility, the 'retail' version of PRICELINE and their 'name your own price' side of the business use a different universe of hotels, so there could be other 3.5* rated properties in the zone as well.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
