First bit accepted, $52.Had also bid $50 and $52 in a separate window for Millenium/Loop, but rejected (first bid garnered a $65 counteroffer which I ignored). Tried NMA before going to $54 for Loop. Figured I'd get something in either area within the 6 free rebids. Got the boutique over the behemoth (probably would have been Hyatt in Loop for a few bucks more).
