Goldeneye Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Happy New Year !!I am wanting to bid for a hotel in San Juan.. we are planning on staying one week pre- cruise in late Feb.. For a number of reasons the couple we will be travelling with need to either get the Intercontinental of El San Juan Hotel and Casino...What 'icons' should I be looking for in order to 'better' my chances when 'bidding' of securing one of these..Your help and knowledge is very much appreciated..Thank You
thereuare Posted January 2, 2011 Report Posted January 2, 2011 You can't choose a specific hotel when bidding on PRICELINE... if you need a specific hotel then HOTWIRE would be a better option as you can take an educated guess as to the property being offered based upon the amenities shown before the purchase. However, there are no guarantees and there is still an element of risk involved (ie- you need to have guessed correctly :) )Is this a level of risk your friends are willing to accept? If so, please click this HOTWIRE link and then reply to this thread with the date(s) of your stay and we'll take it from there. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases

I couldn't get any resort hotels for the 26th but can for the 27th Feb - 5th March.. AaronJB Posted January 2, 2011 Report Posted January 2, 2011 My guess in this case would be the Intercontinental.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
