The Sheraton Gateway has previously been seen with this amenity combination so that would be my best guess too, but given that most 4* hotels in this area have these amenities, it could always be another hotel 'hiding' some of its amenities, but best guess would be the Sheraton Gateway.

Now, I want to book a second room. Is it possible to get a second room at the same place or will they not give me the same hotel based on my name/address/etc?

You can purchase another room thru HOTWIRE, but in the same manner as you did the first... there is no guarantee that you'll receive the same property on your subsequent purchase. (although you can 'help' your chances if every description for the property you purchased now appears for the hotel currently offered)
