Listed amenities were Smoke free rooms, pool, complimentary breakfast, hs internet access and laundry facilities. I was pretty sure this was Grand Oaks Inn but ended up with Twelve Oaks Inn. I have read nothing but good things about Twelve Oaks so am satisfied. Hoping I posted this correctly. :) Link to comment
