Bid $35 for 3* hotel in Grand Prairie (May 5-8), rebid 3 times and did not win. Waited 3 days

Bid $40 for 3* again and rebid 1time, did not win. Waited 3 days.

Bid $40 for 3* - Won Hilton Arlington and it's about 3-5 minutes from the conference center. :)

Sounds like this will work out well for you with the hotel being so close to your conference.

When you mention re-bidding 3 times in the first line of your post, did you raise your price each time OR did you bid 3 times at the $35 level in the same zone? (it sounds as if you bid the same price each time)
