Hotwire Hotel: 4* Hyatt (Mag Mile- Streeterville) - Bed Choice? 12/30 - 12/31

I've booked through this site a handful of times and can usually figure out exactly which hotel I am buying through Hotwire. I ended up at the Hyatt on one such stay and really liked it. I'd like to end up there again. I looked at the recent win calendar, and amenities listed in the usual list, but am a bit stumped.

I searched for 2 adults, 1 room (using 60601 as the ZIP code), for arrival on 12/30 and departure 12/31 of this week. There is a 4* listing for $73 with the same amenities as the Hyatt (without the spa option), but it has a bed choice.

Any thoughts on if this is the Hyatt or another hotel?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Betterbidding!

It would be greatly appreciated if you could post past, and future wins to the board, as the information does help other users. Thanks :)

Just to confirm, are you seeing bed choice, fitness/restaurant/business/internet? And that this is in the Mag Mile-Streeterville zone?

Thanks, Aaron! I will certainly start doing that!

I am seeing exactly what you mentioned... it comes up with a bed choice in the Mag Mile-Streeterville area, along with the amenities you mentioned.

As you might expect these amenities are common for a 4* hotel in Chicago and the Hard Rock Hotel, Hyatt, Sheraton, and Westin River North have all been reported to the board with this amenity combination. Given the HOTWIRE user reviews are at a 95% recommendation and this property gets 4.5 for each individual category rated, i would think this is one of the better ones, but not sure which of the above is most likely.

While I'm not a real fan of the Sheraton, it's certainly well located (it's literally on the flip side of the river, across from the Hyatt) and then the Hard Rock and especially the Westin River North are very nice properties. The Hyatt is also a fine property, as well. The Hard Rock and Westin RN are also very close to where the Hyatt is.

This could be a few different properties, but overall, I see it as a pretty "low risk" listing.
