My guess for the 4* would be the Hilton Irvine or Hyatt. I'm seeing a different amenity set for the 3.5* in the same zone though - are you still seeing the above listing?

Thanks, the 3.5 star did change since yesterday, now it says:

I just ran the query again, yes there is a business icon, still $59 3.5 stars

Although not reported to the board yet as such, my guess for the 3.5* property would be the Crowne Plaza Irvine with the addition of a new Smoke Free icon since it was last reported to the board.
