Just used this site's HOTWIRE link to fill the last hole in my itinerary.

Amenities: Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet

Got it for $193 before taxes, night of Dec 30 2010. Sure beats sleeping in the park.

Note that the hotwire amenity icons for this property don't display in the same order as in the hotel list, and if you're not paying close attention, you may think you're about to take a room at On The Avenue.
