Hotwire Hotel: Help with booking 4 * 5 * hotels in the strip

I need to stay near the venetian to Tropicana range in the strip. Wont have a car and one of us is senior.

What zone should i Bid on ?

I dont understand what to bid on to stay in bellagio/venetian/mandarin etc etc in HOTWIRE.
