Note that Priceline has just realigned this area with 11 subareas instead of the previous 8. Good news is now 3 free rebids at 3* and up level as two of the new areas have only 2 star. I tried several bids up to $52 trying to get a Union City 3* with no luck before starting over and winning this on the first bid
