Priceline Hotel: 3* Minneapolis-St Paul (St Paul) Hilton Garden Inn

I bid Downtown St. Paul, 3* at $42.00 for 4 rooms the nights of 12/28/2010 and 12/29/2010 using PRICELINE link. PL came back with a second chance offer at $57.00/night. I bit as I was in a bit of a hurry, and won the Hilton Garden Inn St. Paul, 411 Minnesota Street (Downtown).

If anyone has any tips for future stays using the fact that multiple rooms are being booked at one time, I'd appreciate it. I can't think of any wok-arounds to get better pricing (but ensure that all are at the same hotel), but maybe they are out there.

Nice deal for this Hilton Garden Inn property! You can use re-bidding to try and see if the service will accept a lower price than the counter-offer, but re-bidding is not always available (depending on the area and star rating.)
