This property has not yet been reported to the board.

The La Quinta Downtown would be a possibility, but there are so many 2.5* rated hotels in this area which offer complimentary breakfast that it would be difficult to have any degree of certainty, so this is just a guess. The HOTWIRE reviews seem very good though, as does the Tripadvisor rating, that i imagine you'd get your $39/nite worth :) ... but it would really a roll of the dice as to what property you ultimately end up with.
