thanks to betterbidding, i got another great deal on a 4*!

here were my steps in order:

1) clicked on PRICELINE link from bb website.

2) did about an hour's worth of research AND created a grid of star + zone on a separate sheet of paper which i could reference in front of me

3) began my bidding with DT (south) zone selected at $70.

4) PL declined by price

5) tried again, now with oakville/mississauga (with no 4*) selected and increased price to $74.

6) PL accepted by offer!
