Actually wanted Hotel Erwin or Holiday INN Santa Monica but gambling is gambling.. oh well!!!

Follow up report:

Service is great as front desk let me check in 40 min early without charge!

Room is clean and working as most of marriot properties do!

Practically, everything is next to the hotel as in; shopping, book store, grocery, several restaurants and etc!

Right next to the highway and main road to Santa Monica which makes easy to move around!

BUT here is just minor problem which I have but my wife does not! It's seriously right next to freeway so you hear that loud freeway vehicle and road noise all day! When you check in, they will ask you for a room preference, and you ask for a room as far from freeway or freeway noise! My wife can sleep with traffic noise, but my sensitive ears are having a party here! (they do have ear plugs for you in your room)That is why I'm writing this follow up post at 12:00 am and trying to tire myself to sleep!

Overall it's very good property! Remember! Ask for a room away from freeway!
