Familiar with Priceline but new to Hotwire. Love it!

just got a bid yesterday on Hotwire. $32 for 2-star with 50% recommended. $39 for 2.5-star with 90% recommended. Chose the latter. Failed for the first time but then succeeded with a second try. Got Candlewood Suites which has a nice kitchen and five minutes' walk distance from where I intend to go.

Hotwire didn't say much about the amenities, just Laundry Facilities, and High-speed Internet Access.

But according to Priceline, there should be:

Kitchen amenities include a stovetop, microwave and dishware, and Wi-Fi access in all rooms is free.

free access to Candlewood Waukegan's 24-hour gym

I'm confused... did you ultimately purchase this property on PRICELINE or HOTWIRE? (this thread is in the HOTWIRE section of the board, please confirm if we should move to the priceline section) If it is indeed HOTWIRE, you purchased the 2.5* and the only amenities shown when viewing the MY ACCOUNT link on the top right of their home page are Internet and Laundry?
