Looking for rooms 2/18-2/22 near MGM Grand - Looked at Strip South, Southwest and Near Strip South area

Search turned up three 3* hotels - need help trying to decipher which hotels these are:

Strip So Area - $69 Casino, Pool, Restaurant, Bus Ctr, Golf Nearby

Las Vegas Southwest $63 - Complimentary Bkfst, Fit Ctr, Pool, Bus Ctr and

Near Strip South area - $72 - Boutique Hotel, Casino, Smoke Free rms, Airport Shuttle, Fit Ctr, Pool, Restaurants, Internet Access

Best guess for each:

Strip So Area - $69 - Hooters

Las Vegas Southwest $63 - Holiday Inn Express (I-215 S. Beltway)

Near Strip South area - $72 - Silverton Casino Lodge

I'm least certain about the Southwest property as the current Tripadvisor rating (4.0/5.0) doesn't match the TA rating shown by HOTWIRE (4.5/5.0) but this doesn't exclude this property since the TA info shown by HOTWIRE is only uupdated periodically (about once a month) so the TA rating may have changed since the last update.

Does anyone have any personal info re either the Hooters property or the Silverton property? How are the accomodations? Any other info would be appreciated

I haven't stayed at either, but if one of your goals is to be close to the MGM Grand then i'm fairly certain Hooters is virtually across the street.
