First bid $45 for downtown, rejected with counter offer of $60.

Declined counter offer, selected Colchester (free rebid for 3*), tried $50. Rejected.

Selected Stowe and rebid $55, Hilton downtown accepted.

I wanted the Hilton all along so I'm happy with getting what seems to be the floor for this hotel.

$68.58 all in.
