My guess for the 4.5* French Quarter property would be the Omni Royal Orleans... upgraded from the 4* level since it was last reported to the board. No evidence of such an upgraded, but that's my best guess.

The 4.5* Downtown property matches the Le Pavillon so that would be my best guess for this one.

The Westin New Orleans at Canal Place has previously been reported with the amenities above as a 4* hotel in the French Quarter zone so that would be my best guess for this one.
