Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Basking Ridge Courtyard By Marriott

This is the best Courtyard in New Jersey, yet very good price and "deterministic" since there is only ONE 2.5* at Basking Ridge, NJ and NO 2* hotel. So, if you get it at $37, it is great, if not, choose 2* and bid it again at higher price still either get this new courtyard or none, won't hit something unexpected. This hotel is right at Fwy 78-West x33

I've always taken the view that if priceline offers a star rating in a zone.. then at the very least they have a contract with a hotel in that zone for that star level.

That hotel may not load opaque rates frequently, of their rates may be so high (equivalent with booking direct) that they are never reported as having been received, but i would warn others "caveat emperor" if they would be unhappy receiving a 2* hotel.

very true. and the fantastic thing about this zone is that there is only ONE hotel which is great one and low bid price ... the bidder either get it or not, don't have to worry about sent to something totally unexpected ... Have you got Days Inn, Radisson, Ramada Inn ... by accident? If you have, you know the feeling ...
