Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Phoenix (Tempe) Fiesta Resort

Attempted first for a 4* or resort in the Phoenix area for the same dates in March - started at $40 and bid up to $72 by adding additional areas but was not accepted. Then bid for 3.5* starting at $40 and was accepted at $52 / night at the Fiesta Resort Conference Center in Tempe. Looks like a fairly nice hotel, probably worthy of the 3.5* rating - lowest price for these same dates through the hotel website is $118/night with AARP discount or about $125/night without. It's a Christmas gift for my parents and I think they'll enjoy it!
