thereuare Posted December 7, 2010 Report Posted December 7, 2010 The above matches both the Venetian and the Wynn so either of these would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. KenRN Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 Just wanted to share my experience with everybody on this forum regarding my recent stay at the Wynn in Las Vegas.I had booked 2 hotel rooms through hotwire which gave me the Wynn. I was excited. I had called 2 weeks before hand to have them write a note on the reservation to possibly give me 2 double bed rooms. Which the CS lady at the Wynn was like ... well since you purchased on Hotwire you are not guaranteed a 2 double bed rooms and looks like right now we dont have any. But she wrote it down on the reservation. So comes 2/5 .. I've read about the $20 trick at the front desk. I was greeting by a very friendly front desk staff member. And I had asked politely to see whether it was possible to get a 2 double bed room. And she said .. unfortunately they were all out at the Wynn. And she said she would give us 2 rollaways which were $50 dollars a night .. for free! So I said that sounds good too. She then proceeded to check out the rooms and said we dont have any connecting rooms ... I'll upgrade you to the Encore suites which are newer and bigger. Although the Encore was a little bit further .. it was well worth it. The rooms were definitely bigger and more comfortable. Overall my experience this past trip was the best of all .. I will definitely stay there again .. Wynn or Encore..
