rossissuzy
Any guesses what hotel this is? We are trying to stay walking distance from the hockey arena. Downtown Columbus - Arena District - German Village area hotel 2 star $53 on 12/11 with airport shuttle, breakfast, wireless internet. Any help would be appreciated! Link to comment
thereuare
This 2* property has not yet been reported to the board, but for just $10 more i'd look at the 3.5* with Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Internet, Business, Laundry for which my best guess is the Crowne Plaza, just a block or two from National Arena. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. rossissuzy
I considered the 3.5*, but if it is indeed the Crowne Plaza parking is $21/night and it is valet so there would be a tip on top of that which makes it quite a big more expensive. Link to comment
thereuare
If you're going to be in this immediate area i would think that most hotels charge for parking... even the Red Roof Inn charges $10. What is your alternative? Even if you book direct with a hotel with free/lower parking i would imagine that the total cost will be more than booking a hotel thru HOTWIRE and paying for parking. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. rossissuzy
We opted to go a cheaper than hotel route and stay with a friend, so we ended up not booking a hotel for this stay. Thank you for your help. Link to comment
