Priceline Hotel: Please help - NYC - Dec 10 to Dec 13

Hi All - I haven't used priceline in ages but remember this forum was always helpful (from what friends have told me, this is one of the most valuable forums on the internet for booking travel!)

Dates -

December 10 to December 13.

Zones -

First Choice - Midtown East, Midtown West, Times Square

Second Choice - Central Park South, Empire State Building

Star Rating -

First Choice - 4

Second Choice - 3.5

Price -

4 star - upto 200$ (if this is even doable?)

3.5 star - upto 150$ (if this is even doable?)

Of course, like everyone, would like to get the most for the least, so any help you can provide would be MUCH appreciated. I would really like a 4 star hotel, but have read this is a busy season.
