Hey I need help id 4* hotel downtown portland on HOTWIRE

I think it may be the Benson but the customer reviews are 95% which is quite high for the Benson

Hey OK on HOTWIRE now there is a 4* for $93 dates Dec-10-12 Downtown Portland

Restaurant

Seems similar to the other one listed earlier on today as $89 except now the BOUTIQUE icon has appeared, still 95% in customer reviews

The Boutique property matches the Vintage Plaza so that would be my best guess for this one.
