Started (as always) through the BetterBidding PRICELINE link with $45, and worked my way up. Got a +15 deal offer from $47 onwards, but of course tried on my own in $2 steps. Got accepted with $55.

Sweet deal, as complimentary "cooked to order" breaksfast is part of this :)

And out there you don't have to pay for parking either.
