castaways01 Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 Wanted to report my bids, although I may have started too early and they were turned down. Will try again as the date gets closer. Used BB PRICELINE link to begin process. Bid for a 5-star on N. Strip for 2/7-2/11 and started at a low $70. Turned down, added Fremont free zone and increased bid to $75. Turned down. Add free zone Henderson and increased bid to $80, turned down again. Bid 5-star condo north zone (trump) at $70 and was turned down. Priceline countered at $85 for the condo. Didn't pursue it any further as I have lots of time. I'm thinking with the new Cosmopolitan opening this month and flooding Vegas with more rooms, there may be better deals for February in mid-January. Maybe.
