This Courtyard just reached its 5 year limit and will be renovated in April and May, after that would be a sort of brand new hotel again (new carpet, new ...)

I got this Courtyard during weekdays, so I had not have much choice since Courtyard tends to be 2 to 3 times more expensive weekdays than weekends in most locations. What I did was bid along Courtyards from Virginia all the way to PA on 2.5* hotels with $45 bid, and this is the one I got it, so, it was to be renovated, but it was fine with me...
