Priceline Hotel: Resort San Juan (Rio Grande-Humacao) Gran Melia

I wanted a resort in the Rio Grande/Fajardo/El Yunque area hoping to get El Conquistador. I started @ $85 without luck, then added the Humacao area knowing there are no current Resort offerings there but that didn't go through either and then bumped up to $105 by adding Cabo Rojo for the same reason as before and that went through. I got the Gran Melia Golf Resort which is great too. I think is a good deal provided their online prices are over $200.00 I'm not sure of any surprise fees (i.e. Resort Fees) so any feedback on what fees can I expect is welcomed.

Very nice deal, and thank you for letting us know about the change in star rating for this PRICELINE property so that we can update the site's Priceline Hotel List for the area. There may be a resort fee, but I'm not seeing any details regarding one when looking on Expedia or a couple of other travel sites.
