I thought it was Pan Pacific, but in TripAdvisor, Pan Pacific is rated 4.5, so I was confused.

The Sutton Place has also been seen with this amenity combination in the past, and has a 4.0 Tripadvisor rating, so that would be a likely candidate. However, note that the TA information shown by HOTWIRE is not updated in real time (only about once a month) so you can't entirely rule out the Pan Pacific as the rating may have changed since last updated by HOTWIRE, but all things considered the Sutton Place seems more likely.

The Coast Coal Harbour Hotel has been seen with the amenities above except the Smoke Free icon, but given that this property is indeed Smoke Free, it's possible that this icon has been added since this property was last reported to the board and that would be my best guess for this one.
