I have clicked on the HOTWIRE link on your post, and was given the same prices that I listed in my original posting.

The 3.5* property has not yet been reported to the board. It could be one of the 4* hotels with these amenities downgraded to the 3.5* level, but with these amenities so common for hotels, there is no telling if this is the case or if this is a new hotel not yet reported to the board.

The 3* North property matches the Crockett Hotel while the 3* South property matches the Holiday Inn Market Square-Downtown (318 West Durango) so that would be my best guess for each of these.

I ended up going through PRICELINE. I bid $110 and was given Marriott Plaza San Antonio, which is listed as a 4*
