I assume this is the Hilton Chicago rather than the Palmer House Hilton?

If i may suggest a better strategy using the above (just the concept, i didn't verify if the prices were the way i would have bid):

4* RiverNorth @$60

4* Loop @ $60

4* RiverNorth and Loop @ $65

At least the above gives you the opportunity to get the Loop at a cheaper price if 4* hotels in that zone are typically less expensive than in the River North zone.
