This amenity set has been reported with the Hilton Bayfront, Omni and Westin Gaslamp Quarter and Solamar and sometimes Hilton Gaslamp. I'm seeing a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page, so while no guarantees, I would lean towards the Omni or Solamar.

Do you think prices on Priceline or Hotwire will decrease when we get closer to the date of arrival? What is your recommendation? Buy now or hold off until later? We are hoping to avoid the Sheraton Marina Hotel.

There is no way to know if prices will drop or rise between now and your dates of travel. If there is something going on during your dates, rates may suddenly ramp up. In terms of a normal season, this price doesn't seem unreasonable for early Spring.
