renataufm Posted November 23, 2010 Report Posted November 23, 2010 Originally bid $15 for compact but then chose to take the upgrade to Midsize for $19.happy with initial win, but not as much after added the upgrade. this is still better than all other available deals for a mid-size (HOTWIRE, costco, united) but not by much. my husband changed his mind on the car size after we won the compact bit and the upgrade cost us $4/day (about the same difference in price between these categories found when you book weekly rates on other websites). had been trying the mid-size at $16 for days with no luck, so i guess it's all right...
