I tried downtown 4* starting at $64, and it immediately offered me a room if I increased to $79/night. Instead, I added another zone (you can add any of the other zones since none of the rest have 4 stars) and increased to $66. That was denied, so I added another zone and increased to $68.

Total of $240.
