I just booked through this site on Hotwire. The hotel was the Holiday Inn Amsterdam de Boelelaan

3.5 star 105 per night, with taxes 124.51. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it is very convenient to Schipol. You can walk from two rail stations and don't have to wait at the airport for a hotel bus. The trains run frequently to Schipol, the next stop. Amenities were non smoking, exercise, restaurant, business center, and internet.
