A property at the 3.5* level with this amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board, and while these amenities are common for a 3.5* property in this area, i'll speculate that the Sheraton Inner Harbor has been upgraded to the 3.5* level. This would be my best guess for this one.

My bad, I apparently did not follow up (may have posted results in Priceline forum then, I'll look)

Best I recollect we rearranged the bulk of the dates to Jan 25-28 2010 and using priceline from here won the following:

4* Hilton Baltimore Convention Center $69 in the Downtown/Inner Barbour, don't recall the prior bids

We quite liked the hotel, the rooms overlooked Camden Yard, and was clean and good sized, well located, staff was great but a bit overwhelmed due to it being the winters big blizzard
