Hope you can help with a bidding strategy for Priceline.

I'm travelling to NYC for 12/12-12/13. Interested in trying to get a 4* star in MTE or MTW area. I have a maximum budget in mind of $150 a night

This is a significantly busy period of the year in NYC. While these dates aren't as bad as earlier in the month, they are still a bit high. Is your budget $150 "all-in" ($150 including taxes/fees) or $150 + taxes/fees?
