sueleo11 Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 Any ideas which hotel this might be?Disney Main Gate - Champions Gate, Rating: 3*Selected amenities include: Resort, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Tennis Nearby, Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service).Stay: 6/28-7/7/05Rate quoted: 87/ntAlso, can anyone tell me how to target hotels w/ suites? There are 5 in my party, but I can only search for 4.
ufjoe21 Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 Priceline won't let you directly target a suite, you almost always end up with the "regular room", but you can upgrade to a suite at check-in if it's available, or the hotel you end up getting my happen to be an all-suite hotel, or if the hotel is so booked up sometimes if priceline manages to get you a room it could be a suite, but 99% of the time you're not getting a suite DIRECTLY from priceline.
thereuare Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 You can only search for 4 because that is the highest occupancy level they will show you.I would not recommend booking a room thru priceline for 5 people unless you were willing to get two rooms. On HOTWIRE i would only do so if i saw the 'suite' icon and new it was a hotel that could accomodate all in our party. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
ufjoe21 Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 :) I'm terribly sorry, I thought you asked this question in the priceline forum, not hotwire........so what I said doesn't apply to you unless you decide to use priceline insteadthereuare is right, on hotwire just look for the suite icon, are we talking 5 adults or less?if its less than 5 adults (say children) then 1 room might be workable depending on your budgetsorry for the confusion
sueleo11 Posted April 5, 2005 Author Report Posted April 5, 2005 reservation is for 2 adults and 3 children. Unfort, I didn't see any with the suite icon.
ufjoe21 Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 if you can get 2 beds then I guess the 2 adults sleep in one bed, and if the kids are young then the 3 of them sleep in the other bed, it's really a personal decision up to youare you targeting a suite because you want the extra room for 5 people but don't want to pay for 2 rooms or is it another reason?
